Health and Wellness Event

Join the Ohio Asian American Health Coalition for a Health and Wellness event at the Yokoso Center in Columbus, Ohio.

This event is free, but spots are limited and registration is required here.

Join us for a morning of health and wellness. This is an interactive event that will feature a Tai Chi class, a Yoga class, and a Healthy Cooking demonstration. Please dress in comfortable clothing for physical participation. Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
