2024 Franklin County Suicide Report

A resource for awareness, action, and healing

The Franklin County Suicide Prevention Coalition is proud to share the 2024 Franklin County Suicide Report—a comprehensive look at suicide trends, risk factors, and community impact across Franklin County.

This report is publicly available and was created to inform service providers, policymakers, educators, and community members. It offers vital data and research to guide prevention strategies, strengthen mental health support systems, and—most importantly—save lives.

You are not alone.
Behind every number is a story, and behind every story is a person who matters. This report serves as a reminder that mental health is community health—and hope is always within reach.

Compiled by the Franklin County Suicide Prevention Coalition Data and Research Action Team, in partnership with Mental Health America of Ohio and ADAMH Board of Franklin County.

Together, we can break the silence, reduce stigma, and build a more connected, compassionate community.
